I first employed Mr Andrew Walker some thirteen years ago when he carried out building work on one of my housing development projects. He impressed me then as a reliable, trustworthy and hard-working young man.  He displayed an excellent work attitude and had a good level of building knowledge and technical skills.

Within a few years, he formed a company, Walker Developments, and contracted to me for complete house construction. Again, these projects were completed in a competent and timely manner. I recall that on one minor quoted project the job was completed quicker than expected and, even though I was happy with the quoted price in comparison with quotes I had received from other builders, he lowered the final price by $1,000. He has integrity.
